Booking Process
1. Submit Form: Please fill out the required information using the booking form.
2. Confirmation Email: We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the details.
3. Consultation: We will finalize the date, location, and creative vision for the shoot.
4. Booking Confirmed: Your booking is officially secured once both parties have agreed to the final details.
Important Notes
• Booking Confirmation: Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a booking. It is confirmed only after you receive a follow-up confirmation from Yuko.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply starting 3 days before the scheduled shoot. Please refer to the [Terms & Conditions] link for details.
• Privacy Policy: Any personal information provided will be used exclusively for communication regarding your session and the provision of our services.
Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
• Submitting a form via this website constitutes a “provisional booking.”
• The booking becomes “confirmed” only after we have contacted you and finalized the date, time, location, and photography package.
2. Payment
• Photography fees are payable via bank transfer after the final images have been delivered.
• If you require an invoice, please let us know in advance.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Important)
If you need to cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees apply based on the total service fee:
| 3 days before shoot : 30% | 100% |
| 2 days before shoot : 50 % | 50% |
| Day the shoot / No-show : 100% | 100% |
[Special Provision: Regarding Infant Illness]
Given the nature of events like “Omiyamairi” (shrine visits), we understand that infants may suddenly fall ill. In such cases, we allow one complimentary rescheduling. Please contact us at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
4. Inclement Weather (Plan B: Sakura Location)
• If rain is forecasted for an outdoor shoot, we will consult with you by 8:00 PM the previous evening to discuss rescheduling or switching to an indoor studio plan (Plan A).
• There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling due to bad weather.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
• The copyright of all delivered image data remains with the photographer, Yuko Nakajima.
• Images may be used freely for personal purposes (e.g., posting on social media, making prints, or sharing with family and friends).
• Please contact us separately if you wish to use the images for commercial purposes or secondary distribution (such as advertising).
